On my second trip to Corsica, I followed the winding coastal road through the Calanques de Piana, hoping to find a good viewpoint. Just as the sun began to drop, the red rock formations lit up as if they were glowing from within. I stopped immediately, stepped out of the car, and just watched the colours shift with the fading light. This photograph captures that quiet, almost surreal moment.
